Device is a mixed-media exquisite corpse project serialized digitally. The concept is this: present all visitors with a
'storyline' of sorts, moved forward with prose, poetry, a video, a song, or an image. This, of course, will
not have as streamlined a look as traditional exquisite corpses, but it allows for the inclusion
of many more artists. Think about it as you would a stage script. The
texture of this exercise will be dictated by the
choice of media in each installment, either owing to the particular
strength of the given contributor, or that contributor's wish to
